During this year's Spring Festival holiday, there was a record high in the number of trips made by new energy vehicles.

The State Energy Administration announced that a total of 602.10 million times of electric vehicle charging were recorded on the 53,300 highway charging piles included in the national charging facility monitoring service platform, with a total charging amount of 14976.75 million kilowatt hours from the 28th day of the twelfth lunar month to the seventh day of the first lunar month. The average daily charging amount reached 1664.08 million kilowatt hours, an increase of 52.01% compared to the previous year's Spring Festival, setting a new historical record.
