On February 24, Wang Chuang, President of the Second Civil Division of the Supreme People's Court, stated at a press conference of the Supreme People's Court that in 2026, the national courts will prudently handle major risks in key areas of civil and commercial trial lines, continue to promote the establishment of bankruptcy courts, improve the bankruptcy trial work mechanism, and make preparations for the revision of bankruptcy laws.
