The Liaoning Provincial People's Government issued the "Liaoning Province's Policies and Measures to Promote the Economy Towards a New and Better Direction", in which it proposed to accelerate the advancement of a new round of breakthroughs in mineral exploration. It will focus on the construction of world-class magnesite industry bases and national-level gold and iron ore bases, support geological prospecting units and enterprises in putting forward block proposals, promptly arrange for auctions for those that comply with the auction policy and conditions; support enterprises and units that have lawfully and practically carried out preliminary work and utilized their existing geological data, and acquire mining rights through bidding and other means after fulfilling their obligations of submitting information in accordance with the law; for key construction projects, it will open up a green approval channel, implement "land acquisition means starting construction immediately", "land transfer means transferring ownership certificate immediately", and ensure that land indicators are "fully protected as far as possible".
