Morgan Stanley: The peak of uncertainty in trade tensions and tariffs has passed.

The US Supreme Court has issued a halt to Trump's tariffs, and for Asia, Morgan Stanley economists state that the weighted average tariff rate will decrease from 20% to 17%. However, this relief may only be temporary as the Trump administration is attempting to rebuild its tariff system by imposing tariffs by industry and targeting specific economies. Nevertheless, Morgan Stanley economists like Chetan Ahya wrote in their report: "The peak of uncertainty surrounding tariffs and trade tensions has passed."
