The All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and the China Enterprise Confederation recently issued the "Labor Employment Management System for Private Enterprises", further guiding private enterprises to establish a sound modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics, enhance the management capability of labor employment, and actively build harmonious labor relations. The system consists of twelve chapters, covering the main aspects of the entire labor employment process, including general principles, recruitment and employment, labor contracts, labor dispatch, rest and vacation, wages and benefits, etc., aiming to provide a comprehensive, standardized, and referenceable labor employment management system framework for private enterprises, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises. Next, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and the China Enterprise Confederation will carry out in-depth publicity, interpretation, and training activities to promote the improvement of governance capabilities of private enterprises and build harmonious labor relations.
