Ishikawa Prefecture in Japan and the Japanese chemical manufacturer, Daiso Company, announced on the 17th that organic fluorine compounds were detected in the groundwater of a factory in Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture, significantly exceeding the Japanese national standards, reaching nearly 2000 times the standard.
