On the first day of the Chinese New Year, nearly 4 million people visited 4A and above tourist attractions in Guangdong Province.

According to Southern Daily, on the third day of the Spring Festival holiday, the cultural and tourism market continued to be hot. Guangdong Province's 4A and above scenic spots received 3.99 million visitors, an increase of 11.2% year-on-year; 14 key areas along the 14 ancient post roads received 685,000 visitors, an increase of 4.6% year-on-year; 13 red tourism classic scenic spots received 257,000 visitors, an increase of 7.2% year-on-year; 100 rural tourism sites and historical villages received 330,000 visitors, an increase of 8.8% year-on-year; and 80 key public cultural institutions received 221,000 visitors, an increase of 5.6% year-on-year.
