Nvidia announced on Tuesday that the company has signed a multi-year agreement to sell millions of current and future artificial intelligence chips, including central processors, to Meta. Nvidia did not disclose the value of the deal, but stated that it includes their existing Blackwell chips and upcoming Rubin artificial intelligence chips. It also includes standalone Grace and Vera central processors. The announcement on Tuesday indicates that Nvidia's goal is to push these chips into emerging areas, such as running artificial intelligence agents, as well as the processor market for everyday technical tasks. Although Nvidia has never disclosed sales figures to Meta, it is widely believed in the market that in the most recent fiscal quarter, Meta was one of Nvidia's top four customers, accounting for 61% of its revenue.
