Danaher approaches to acquire Micron for $100 billion dollars.

According to sources quoted by the Financial Times, the American medical equipment manufacturer Danaher is close to reaching a deal to acquire the medical technology company Medtronic for nearly $10 billion. If there are no last-minute surprises, the acquisition agreement could be announced as early as Tuesday. Neither Danaher nor Medtronic immediately responded to media requests for comment.
