Goldman Sachs: hedge funds make the largest purchase of Asian stocks in a decade.

Goldman Sachs' trading department pointed out that last week, hedge funds had the largest net purchases of Asian emerging and developed markets since 2016, driven by optimism in artificial intelligence infrastructure companies. Hedge funds were net buyers of global stocks last week, with funds flowing into all major markets, and emerging markets continued to outperform. Purchases of information technology, industrial, consumer staples, and materials sectors far exceeded other areas, while sectors such as non-essential consumer goods, telecommunications services, and finance were heavily sold off.
