The national standard "Guidelines for Park City Construction Evaluation" has been released.
It was learned from the State Administration for Market Regulation that the State Administration for Market Regulation has approved the release of the National Standard "Guidelines for the Evaluation of Park City Construction." This standard systematically specifies the general principles, framework, construction content, process, and methods of evaluation for park city construction. Firstly, it clarifies the principles of park city construction evaluation, emphasizing systematic comprehensiveness, people orientation, adaptability to local conditions, scientific applicability, and focuses on the objectivity of the process and the application of results. Secondly, it constructs a comprehensive framework for construction evaluation, covering five aspects and ten evaluation contents including natural ecology, spatial form, human settlement environment, ecological empowerment, and urban governance. Thirdly, it provides clear and specific construction evaluation content and methods, giving guidance on evaluation for core content such as symbiotic pattern, park greenways, and urban-park integration, and standardizing the evaluation process and methods from preparation, evaluation to summarization stages. Fourthly, it encourages each region to develop evaluation indicators tailored to their own resources and development stage, and construct park cities that are in line with local characteristics. The implementation of this standard is conducive to scientifically guiding park city construction nationwide, providing standard support for evaluation of park city construction tailored to local characteristics in various regions.
