Xiaomi SU7 Chengdu collision accident completed responsibility determination.

The traffic accident involving the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra that occurred on Tianfu Avenue in Chengdu has continued to attract attention. On February 14th, a reporter from the Beijing Youth Daily learned that the responsibility for the accident had been determined, with driver Deng being fully responsible. The involved vehicle collided with the vehicle in front at a speed of over 200km/h three seconds before the collision, and at a speed of over 160km/h at the time of impact, exceeding the speed limit of the road section where the incident occurred. Previously, the Chengdu police had reported that the accident occurred at around 3:18 am on October 13, 2025, resulting in the death of driver Deng and varying degrees of damage to the two vehicles involved; the driver was suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol.
