Driven by the dual forces of the AI computing power explosion and the upgrade of 5G networks, optical modules, as core components of optical communication, continue to experience strong market demand. In 2024, HUILV Ecology strategically entered this field by acquiring 35% of the shares of Wuhan Junheng Technology, and further acquired a controlling stake in early 2025, establishing the company's key layout in the field of optical modules. According to HUILV Ecology, they are currently in the process of acquiring the remaining 49% of Wuhan Junheng's shares. Recently, Peng Kaisheng, vice president of HUILV Ecology and chairman of Wuhan Junheng, stated in an interview with reporters that HUILV Ecology has provided solid support to the company, significantly accelerating its development process. "The Ezhou base has gradually begun production, and the preparation work for the core materials of the products is ongoing," Peng Kaisheng emphasized. Against the backdrop of a simultaneous shortage of key materials in the optical module industry and a capacity race, these preparations have laid a solid foundation for Wuhan Junheng to seize industry growth opportunities from 2026 to 2027.
