After consultation with all partners, limited partner Yunyong Industrial Win-Win Entrepreneurship Investment Co., Ltd. has increased its subscribed capital by 38 million yuan, and a new limited partner, Shanghai Future Starting Point Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise, has subscribed capital of 50 million yuan. After the change, the subscribed capital of the investment fund has increased from 126 million yuan to 214 million yuan, with Zhongji Holdings subscribing 20 million yuan, reducing its ownership to 9.37%. In addition, the term of the investment fund has been extended from 7 years to 8 years. This investment may face risks of lower-than-expected returns or losses.
