China Railway Construction and Hubei University of Technology establish new materials technology company.

According to the Qi Cha Cha APP, recently, Hubei Zhishan New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Liang Wei as the legal representative and a registered capital of 46.5 million yuan. Its business scope includes: research and development of new materials technology; sales of synthetic materials; sales of construction materials; manufacturing of glass fiber reinforced plastic products; manufacturing of sealing fillers, etc. According to the equity penetration displayed on Qi Cha Cha, the company is jointly held by China Railway Construction Corporation's wholly-owned subsidiary, China Railway 11th Bureau Group Co., Ltd., and Hubei Industrial University's asset management company, Hubei Industrial University Asset Management Co., Ltd.
