On February 12th, 195 new homes were signed for sale, and 278 second-hand homes were signed for sale in Beijing.

According to data from the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, on February 12th, Beijing signed contracts for 195 new homes with a total area of 10,116.38 square meters. Among them, 51 were residential contracts with an area of 5,618.4 square meters. Additionally, there were 278 contracts signed for second-hand homes with a total area of 24,736.93 square meters. Among them, 238 were residential contracts with an area of 22,731.38 square meters.
