Lufthansa employees go on strike, nearly 100,000 passengers in Germany affected.

On the 12th local time, pilots and flight attendants of Lufthansa Airlines in Germany went on strike, causing the country's largest airline to almost completely paralyzed nationwide operations. According to Lufthansa Airlines, nearly 800 flights were cancelled, affecting around 100,000 passengers. The strike had a particularly significant impact on Frankfurt and Munich hub airports, with 450 out of 1117 scheduled flights at Frankfurt Airport being cancelled.
