Libya issued oil and gas exploration permits to five companies.

The Libyan National Oil Corporation announced at a press conference in Tripoli on the 11th that five oil companies from Spain, Nigeria, Italy, and other countries have obtained oil and gas exploration rights in five blocks in Libya.
