Reson Telecommunications: Shareholder Europa Star plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%.

Resen Spirit announced that the European Star Diamond Plan, holding 5.0015% and 17.1562 million shares, will reduce its holdings by no more than 10.2906 million shares from March 17, 2026, to June 16, 2026, due to its own capital needs, not exceeding 3.00% of the total shares. Among them, the reduction in centralized bidding shall not exceed 3.4302 million shares, accounting for 1.00%, and the reduction in block trading shall not exceed 6.8604 million shares, accounting for 2.00%. The source of the shares is from judicial transfer.
