China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. Taiyuan Branch applied on January 16, 2026 for pre-litigation property preservation against the company and Zhang Yunsheng, Zhang Hong, requesting to freeze the bank deposits of 30.0466 million yuan under their names or seal, seize the corresponding valuable property. The court has frozen the 6.15 million shares of the company's stock held by controlling shareholder Zhang Yunsheng. The property preservation requested this time does not involve operating assets and does not affect daily operations. The case is still in the pre-litigation property preservation stage, and the impact on profits cannot be determined at the moment.
