Hisilicon announced that the company plans to jointly invest 97 million yuan with Hailiex to establish HiSilicon Biotechnology Co., Ltd., with the company investing 87 million yuan and holding 89.69% of the shares; at the same time, they will jointly invest 48.5 million yuan to establish HiSilicon New Element Medical Technology Co., Ltd., with the company investing 43.5 million yuan and holding 89.69% of the shares.
