Replibio: Intends to jointly establish the Jiangsu Guotai Haitong Replibio M&A Industry Fund Partnership Enterprise.

Ripbio announced that the company has signed a partnership agreement with Haitong M&A Capital, Haitong Kaiyuan Investment, Gaoyou Industrial Guidance Fund, and related party Ruisheng Private Equity to jointly establish the Jiangsu Guotai Haitong Ripbio M&A Industrial Fund Partnership Enterprise. The total subscribed capital of the partnership enterprise is RMB 1 billion. Ripbio, as a limited partner, will invest RMB 295 million with its own funds and self-raised funds, accounting for 29.50% of the total subscribed capital of the partnership enterprise. The partnership enterprise will focus on industrial investments in key areas such as animal health, synthetic biology, pets, and biopharmaceuticals.
