Announcement of Zhongnan Culture: The company is planning to acquire the controlling rights of Jiangyin Sulong Heat and Power Co., Ltd. through the issuance of shares and payment of cash, and raising supporting funds, which is expected to constitute a major asset restructuring. The company's securities will be suspended from trading starting from February 13, 2026. It is expected that the transaction plan will be disclosed within 10 trading days, i.e. by March 9, 2026, and apply for resumption of trading.
