China Unicom: Senior Vice President Wang Limin resigns due to job transfer.

China Unicom announced that Wang Limin has submitted a written resignation to the company's board of directors, resigning from his position as senior vice president due to a job transfer. His resignation will take effect from February 12, 2026, earlier than his original term which was supposed to end on July 4, 2027. Wang Limin confirmed that he has no disagreements with the board of directors, and his resignation will not affect the normal operation of the company. There are no outstanding public commitments left unfulfilled, and he will not hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries after his resignation.
