After resignation, he will still serve as a senior advisor. As of the date of the announcement, he indirectly owns 250,000 shares of the company and will abide by relevant commitments. On February 12, the 11th meeting of the third board of directors of the company deliberated and approved the proposal to adjust some senior management personnel. General Manager Wu Runhua nominated Wang Jun as the candidate for Chief Financial Officer and Han Zhen as the candidate for Chief Legal Officer, with a term ending at the completion of the third board of directors.
