The spot prices for server DDR5 memory modules are even higher than the contract prices, with prices for 64GB/96GB/128GB DDR5 server memory modules ranging from 2200 to 2500 US dollars, 3800 to 4000 US dollars, and 4200 to 4300 US dollars, respectively.
