Exclusive: Gaode will release a specific body navigation pedestal model, allowing robots to achieve cross-scene delivery and follow-up services.
Sina Technology exclusively learned that after establishing the Autonomous Business Unit, Gaode is about to release a self-developed autonomous navigation base model. A source familiar with the matter told Sina Technology that Gaode has built the largest-scale autonomous navigation data engine in the industry, and has made breakthrough progress in long-range complex task processing capabilities. The source said that unlike many current robots that cannot execute complex commands, Gaode's autonomous navigation base allows robots to achieve cross-scene delivery and follow-up services in open physical environments. Sina Technology reported exclusively in January of this year that Gaode had established the Autonomous Business Unit internally. On recruitment platforms, Gaode has posted multiple job positions for the Autonomous Business Unit, including positions for autonomous intelligent product experts, data/algorithm engineers, and others. The source said that robots and robot dogs are among the exploration directions of the Autonomous Business Unit.
