In 2026, individuals who transfer their registered passenger cars through sales and purchase new energy passenger cars listed in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's catalog of new energy passenger car models eligible for vehicle purchase tax exemption, or passenger cars with a displacement of 2.0 liters or less, will be given a one-time subsidy. For purchasing new energy passenger cars that meet the above conditions, a subsidy of 8% of the new car's sale price will be given, with a maximum subsidy of 15,000 yuan; for purchasing fuel passenger cars that meet the above conditions, a subsidy of 6% of the new car's sale price will be given, with a maximum subsidy of 13,000 yuan.
