Richtek Technology issues statement on the latest ruling by the Dutch Enterprise Court on the case involving AMS Semiconductor. Richtek Technology has taken notice of today's latest ruling by the Amsterdam Enterprise Court on the AMS Semiconductor case. The Enterprise Court did not overturn its previous erroneous decision, did not lift the temporary measures imposed on AMS Semiconductor, and did not restore Richtek Technology's rightful control as a shareholder of AMS Semiconductor. The Enterprise Court also ruled to initiate an investigation procedure for AMS Semiconductor. We express extreme disappointment and strong dissatisfaction with this ruling.
