Ou Jing Technology announced that shareholder Wan Zhaohui Valley, who holds more than 5% of the shares, reduced 404,000 shares through centralized bidding from January 26 to February 9, 2026, accounting for 0.21% of the total share capital of the company. After this equity change, Wan Zhaohui Valley's holdings decreased to 26,874,983 shares, accounting for 13.97% of the total, reaching a multiple of 1%. On December 6, 2025, Wan Zhaohui Valley disclosed plans to reduce holdings by no more than 5,772,000 shares within 3 months. This reduction is consistent with the plan and has not been fully implemented. This reduction will not affect the company's governance and control rights.
