Hidi Smart Driving: Proposed to split the shares effective date updated to March 2nd.

On the evening of February 10, Heide Smart Driving announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that, due to the holiday arrangements in mainland China, the related transfer, settlement, and exchange procedures are expected to be unable to be completed on the original date. Therefore, the company plans to update the effective date of the stock split to March 2, 2026. The estimated timing of the relevant matters after the stock split takes effect will also be correspondingly adjusted.
