Bank of America has added American raw materials stocks to its list of "bubble" asset observations, which previously included gold, silver, and the Korea Composite Stock Price Index in Seoul. The US stock market and the technology sector remain relatively stable. Bank of America is using its newly launched bubble risk indicator to point out that clients' interest in these assets remains strong, and the bank will release weekly reports focusing on areas of overheating in the market. At the same time, it warns that innovation driven by artificial intelligence could exacerbate market instability and create more bubble risks. In addition, Bank of America specifically highlights the unusually high return differentiation in European stocks (especially in the technology and basic resources sectors), despite limited overall index gains.
