Atlas announced that from November 2024 to December 2025, the company repurchased a total of 45,077,212 shares through centralized bidding trading, accounting for 1.22% of the total shares before cancellation, with a repurchase amount of 501 million yuan. On December 19, 2025, the repurchased shares were cancelled, reducing the total number of shares from 3,688,217,324 to 3,643,140,112, and the registered capital from 3.688 billion yuan to 3.643 billion yuan. In view of this, the company intends to revise the relevant provisions of the Company's Articles of Association and handle industrial and commercial registration. The revised articles of association have been disclosed, and the revision has been approved by the board of directors within the authorized scope of the general meeting of shareholders, authorizing the management to handle the record registration.
