The Inner Mongolia procuratorial organ has lawfully prosecuted Xu Zhenong for alleged corruption, bribery, and bribery.
According to the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the former deputy general manager of Shanghai Oil Branch of China Petrochemical Sales Co., Ltd., Xu Zhenong, was investigated for alleged crimes of bribery, corruption, and bribery by the Chifeng Municipal Supervisory Committee of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The case has been transferred to the procuratorial organ for examination and prosecution. Designated by the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Chifeng Municipal People's Procuratorate has filed a public prosecution to the Chifeng Intermediate People's Court in accordance with the law. The case is still under further investigation. During the examination and prosecution stage, the procuratorial organ has informed the defendant Xu Zhenong of his litigation rights, questioned the defendant in accordance with the law, and listened to the opinions of the defense counsel. The Chifeng Municipal People's Procuratorate accuses the defendant Xu Zhenong of abusing his position as a state functionary to illegally appropriate public funds, with a huge amount involved; using his position and personal influence to seek benefits for others, illegally accepting large amounts of money from others, and giving money to state functionaries for improper benefits, he should be held criminally responsible for the crimes of embezzlement, bribery, and bribery.
