The freeze period is 3 years, and the executing court is Beijing Third Intermediate People's Court. The company was established in October 2002, with Qi Xia as its legal representative and a registered capital of approximately 73.3 billion RMB. Its business scope includes securities brokerage, securities investment consulting, securities underwriting, and sponsorship, etc. It is jointly held by China Aviation Investment Holding Co., Ltd. and China Aviation Industrial Production and Financial Holding Co., Ltd.
