Sources reveal that the seller is a limited liability company linked to Jersey Mike's Subs founder Peter Cancro. It is currently unclear if the deal has been completed. While the exact price paid by Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan for the nearly 2-acre property is not known, local real estate agents suggest that the transaction could be between $150 million and $200 million.
