Air Canada: Due to a shortage of aviation fuel, the airline has temporarily suspended its flights to Cuba. Instead, they will operate empty flights heading south to pick up approximately 3,000 passengers at their destination and take them back home. Air Canada Holidays has introduced a refund policy for flights to Cuba. All flights are typically operated by various narrow-body aircraft between the mainline carrier and Rouge. It is expected that by February 10th, Cuban airports will be unable to commercially supply aviation fuel.
