Hainan's outlying island duty-free policy has been in effect for 100 days, with shopping amounts exceeding 115 billion yuan.

According to statistics from Haikou Customs, since the adjustment of the offshore duty-free policy on November 1, 2025, as of February 8, 2026, the new policy has been implemented for 100 days. Haikou Customs has supervised offshore duty-free shopping amounting to 115.85 billion yuan, an increase of 14.71% compared to the same period last year.
