Enjie Corporation announced that recently, Shareholder Heyi Investment, owning more than 5% of the shares, has extended the pledge of some company shares it holds. Among them, 6.6911 million shares account for 5.60% of its stake, and 1.0089 million shares account for 0.84%. The original expiration date of the pledge was February 6, 2026, and it has been extended to August 4, 2026. The pledgee is Guotai Junan Securities. As of the announcement date, Heyi Investment and its concerted parties collectively hold 415 million shares, accounting for 42.22% of the total share capital, with a total of 193 million shares pledged, accounting for 46.61% of its stake. The company stated that its operations are currently normal, the pledge risk is under control, and it will not lead to a change in controlling shareholder.
