Xuantai Medicine: Shareholders holding more than 5% of shares intend to reduce their stake by no more than 2%.

Xuantai Medicine announced that shareholder Finer Pharma Inc. holds 70,437,870 shares of the company, accounting for 15.5375% of the total share capital. This portion of shares was unlocked on August 25, 2025. Due to its own capital needs, Finer plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 9,066,800 shares, or less than 2% of the total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading from March 11 to June 10, 2026. The selling price will be determined by the market price, and if the company undergoes any stock split or dividend distribution, the reduction plan will be adjusted accordingly.
