Weihai Guangtai announcement: The company plans to acquire 35% equity of Shandong Antai Airport Equipment Co., Ltd. held by Shandong Airport Investment and Weihai Airport for 29.2062 million yuan. After the acquisition, the company's shareholding ratio will increase from 65% to 100%, and Antai Equipment will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
