Five departments jointly issued the "Three-Year Action Plan for the Revitalization of Drama".

Recently, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles jointly issued the "Three-Year Action Plan for the Revitalization of Drama". The overall requirements of the plan are: to adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, fully implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the various plenary sessions of the 20th Central Committee, deeply study and practice Xi Jinping's cultural thought, adhere to the "Two For" direction and the "Dual Hundreds" policy, persist in creative transformation and innovative development, adhere to the work orientation of putting people first, adhere to upholding tradition while promoting innovation, integrate achieving results with nurturing talents, and ensure the coordinated development of productions and the environment. The plan aims to continuously enhance the vitality of drama innovation and creation, significantly improve the quality of drama productions, launch a group of outstanding drama works; continuously strengthen the talent team of drama practitioners, and have young leading talents emerge continuously; establish a relatively sound mechanism for drama creation services, guidance, and organization work, significantly improve the industry ecology, and continuously enhance the satisfaction and sense of achievement of the people.
