Cook said that AI will be the main pillar of Apple's future.
Apple CEO Tim Cook recently made it clear at an internal meeting for all employees that artificial intelligence will become the core pillar of Apple's future. Apple pushed out the first beta version of iOS 26.4 #Apple Intelligence this month. Since its launch, user feedback has not been ideal, and even some basic functions have not met expectations. More complex tasks require integration with OpenAI ChatGPT to be completed, leading to sharp criticism from the outside world about Apple's AI strategy direction. Cook addressed these doubts at the meeting and responded to employees' concerns about competitors launching generative AI products first. Cook stated that Apple will launch a brand new category of products and services driven entirely by AI. He emphasized that Apple is in the most advantageous position to provide users with truly meaningful intelligent experiences, rather than just treating AI as an additional feature. However, mere slogans are clearly not enough, and Apple is making changes through practical actions.
