Sichuan Changhong announcement, the company intends to transfer 58.33% equity of Mianyang Technology City Big Data Technology Co., Ltd. held by the company to Sichuan Changhong Electronics Holding Group Co., Ltd., at a transfer price of 33,124.5 million yuan. After the completion of this equity transfer, the company will no longer hold equity in the big data company.
