Co-founder of xAI plans to purchase a top-floor luxury apartment in London for 57 million pounds.

According to informed sources, Igor Babushkin, co-founder of xAI, a company owned by Musk, has agreed to purchase a top-floor apartment overlooking Hyde Park in London at a price of about 57 million. This marks the most expensive residential transaction in the UK in over a year. It is the first residential transaction in London to exceed 50 million since a luxury home in Regents Park was sold for approximately 139 million at the end of 2024.
