On February 6th, the Party Committee of China Railway Xi'an Bureau Group Co., Ltd. held a teleconference. The Deputy Minister and Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the Party Group of China Railway Corporation, Yu Shudong, announced the appointment and dismissal decisions of the Party Group of China Railway Corporation: appointing Yuan Ge as the General Manager, Director, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Xi'an Bureau Group Co., Ltd.; Wang Bin will no longer serve as the General Manager and Director of Xi'an Bureau Group Co., Ltd., and his positions as Deputy Secretary and Member of the Party Committee of Xi'an Bureau Group Co., Ltd. will be removed, and he will be reassigned by China National Railway Group Co., Ltd.
