Supreme People's Procuratorate: By November of 2025, approximately 970 million yuan will be pushed for execution.

Since the Supreme People's Procuratorate deployed the supervision of civil execution in December 2025, as of November 30, 2025, a total of more than 3,300 cases have been supervised to urge courts to resume execution, leading to the implementation of approximately 970 million yuan. On February 7th, Lan Xiangdong, director of the Civil Procuratorial Department of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, revealed this during an interview as a guest on the 2026 year-end talk show of the Supreme People's Procuratorate. From January to November 2025, national procuratorial organs accepted more than 43,000 cases for final supervision, issued over 28,000 prosecutorial suggestions to courts, of which courts accepted more than 23,000; supervised courts in lifting nearly 500 illegal restrictions, involving an amount of about over 300 million yuan.
