The Yemeni government issues presidential decree to form the new government.
The Yemeni government announced on the 6th local time that a presidential decree has been issued to form a new government. According to the decree, Maeen Abdulmalik Saeed has been appointed as the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs. The new government consists of 35 members, covering key departments such as defense, interior, finance, energy, and education. The presidential decree will come into effect from the date of its announcement.
