Feikai Materials announced that the company plans to invest 20 million yuan in Jingdezhen Naichuang Ceramic Materials Co., Ltd., subscribing for 16.67 million yuan of the newly increased registered capital of Jingdezhen Naichuang Ceramic, with the remaining 3.33 million yuan being included in its capital reserve. After the completion of this transaction, the company will hold 6.4103% of the shares of Jingdezhen Naichuang Ceramic.
