Wuyi, China: The land parcel in Kilifi County, Mombasa, Kenya has been partially acquired by the government.

On February 6, China WuYi announced that due to the construction needs of the Kenyan government's upgrade and expansion project of the B8 highway, it is planned to requisition related land along the route. The 191.3 acres of land owned by the company's holding subsidiary, Kenya Limited Company, located in Kilifi County, Mombasa, is within the scope of the requisition. According to the ruling issued by the Kenyan National Land Commission, the area to be requisitioned is 3.38 hectares, with a total compensation of 116 million Kenyan shillings. The land assets being requisitioned this time are long-unused assets of the company, which can effectively revitalize the company's existing assets and supplement working capital.
